Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and x000 ("x000," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at x000.bid and any associated mobile or web application versions thereof.

By accessing the x000 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports betting markets, crash games, dice games, or any other game type available on the platform — you irrevocably accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the x000 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms (as described in Section 16) constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active x000 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by x000 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation — that remains active at the time of your access.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of x000, its affiliates, or its licensed software providers.

x000 takes its age verification obligations with the utmost seriousness. All accounts are required to complete KYC verification — including submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC — before withdrawal rights are granted. x000 may additionally perform random age verification checks at any time during the account lifecycle. If age verification reveals that a player was under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) x000 account. The registration of multiple accounts — regardless of the names, mobile numbers, or payment methods used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering an x000 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, x000 requires completion of identity verification ("KYC"). KYC documentation requirements include: (a) a clear copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing both front and reverse; (b) a live selfie holding your CNIC and a handwritten note stating "x000" and the current date; and (c) where required, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered name and mobile number).

x000 will process submitted KYC documentation within 24 to 48 hours of receipt during standard business periods. x000 may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear, incomplete, or if the information does not match the account registration details provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any registered information changes — including mobile number or payment method — you must update your account immediately. x000 shall not be liable for any failure to deliver communications, promotional offers, or withdrawal payments resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.

Account Security & Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x000 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

x000 accounts are strictly personal. Account sharing — whether for the purpose of sharing access, splitting play sessions, or any other reason — is prohibited. All actions performed through your x000 account are deemed to have been performed by you, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual action.

You must notify x000 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. x000 will take reasonable steps to investigate reported unauthorised access and, where confirmed, to secure your account. However, x000 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Deposits & Payment Methods

x000 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and debit card. x000 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payment transfers, or any payment methods not explicitly listed on the platform deposit page.

The minimum deposit amount at x000 is PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees) across all accepted payment methods. There is no x000-imposed maximum deposit limit for verified accounts; however, payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits which x000 cannot control.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your x000 account within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours. x000 does not impose any platform-level fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge fees in accordance with their own terms and conditions, for which x000 bears no liability.

By depositing funds into your x000 account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately owned by you and are free from any criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. x000 has an obligation under its international gaming licence to perform anti-money-laundering (AML) checks and may request additional documentation regarding the source of funds where deposits exceed specified thresholds.

x000 does not extend credit to any player under any circumstances. You may only wager funds that are actually available in your x000 real-money balance. x000 does not accept payment for gaming by credit card or any credit instrument, whether directly or via intermediary.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at x000 are subject to the following conditions being met in full: (a) the requesting account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) no withdrawal may be requested for amounts exceeding the real-money balance; (c) any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn; and (d) x000's AML checks for the withdrawal amount must be cleared.

The minimum withdrawal amount at x000 is PKR 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed and credited within 5 to 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank withdrawals are processed within 2 business hours, subject to the receiving bank's own processing schedules. First-time withdrawals following initial KYC approval may take up to 24 hours as a result of the initial verification review process.

x000 requires that withdrawals be directed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit where technically feasible. x000 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal request where: (i) the account has not completed KYC verification; (ii) x000 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (iii) a chargeback dispute is open on the account; (iv) the account is subject to a security hold or investigation; or (v) applicable regulatory requirements necessitate further scrutiny of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are offered at x000's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have registered a verified x000 account and satisfy the specific eligibility criteria of the applicable promotion.
• Each player may claim each specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement across x000 promotions is 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account without further notice.
• x000 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already earned in respect of bonuses already accepted will not be revoked without reasonable notice.

x000 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or mathematical advantages in game mechanics, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while artificially meeting wagering requirements, and any other conduct that x000 determines to constitute misuse of the promotional system. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

Real-money funds and bonus funds are held separately within the x000 account wallet. Players may withdraw real-money funds at any time subject to the conditions in Section 6. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the x000 platform — including slot games, live dealer casino games, table games, crash games, and dice games — are governed by the rules published for each individual game by the software provider and, where applicable, supplemented by x000's platform rules as published on the relevant game information page.

All casino game outcomes on the x000 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The results of RNG-determined games are final and cannot be appealed on the grounds that the outcome was unfair, unless x000 can verify that a technical malfunction occurred that materially affected the game result.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server errors, connectivity failures, or software faults — x000 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. x000 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions, including winnings that would have been achieved had the malfunction not occurred.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each individual game on the x000 platform and are displayed within the game interface or game information panel prior to play commencing. Stake limits may vary by game, game variant, and player account tier. x000 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

x000 offers sports betting on a range of sporting events including, but not limited to, cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series, domestic competitions), football, basketball, tennis, and combat sports including UFC. Sports betting at x000 is subject to the following conditions in addition to the general Terms set out herein.

All sports bets at x000 are subject to acceptance by x000 at its sole discretion. x000 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or return any bet without explanation, including bets placed on markets where x000 identifies unusual betting patterns, potential integrity concerns, or technical pricing errors.

Odds quoted on the x000 platform at the time a bet is initiated are indicative until the bet is confirmed. In-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations and x000 reserves the right to suspend markets, reject bets, or apply revised odds where a significant in-play event occurs between bet initiation and confirmation.

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond a period of 24 hours, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on the affected market will be void and stakes returned to players' accounts, unless the specific market rules published for that event type specify an alternative settlement procedure.

Given the popularity of cricket betting at x000 among Pakistani players, the following additional conditions apply to cricket markets: session betting markets are settled based on the actual score achieved at the conclusion of the stated session; ball-by-ball markets are settled based on the result of the individual delivery to which they pertain; and match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (Cricket Board of Pakistan for domestic competitions, ICC for international fixtures).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at x000 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or the name of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age or subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent payment claims against deposits made to x000.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including but not limited to live poker or any game where player-versus-player dynamics exist.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or permitting any third party to access or operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, as defined in Section 7.2 of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the x000 platform. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed during the exclusion window. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

While x000 provides responsible gaming tools, players bear a personal responsibility to use these tools proactively and to seek support when gaming is negatively affecting their financial or personal wellbeing. x000 is not liable for losses incurred by players who chose not to activate available protective measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the x000 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphic design, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of x000 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x000 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any x000 platform content without the prior express written permission of x000. Use of automated tools to scrape, index, or extract data from the x000 platform is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x000 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds due to technical malfunction; loss of profits or expected winnings; loss of data; or any other intangible losses.

x000's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to x000 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits x000's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by x000's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by x000; or (c) any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Termination & Closure

You may close your x000 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding active bonus funds, which are forfeited upon closure) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of all applicable withdrawal verification requirements.

x000 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; chargebacks; or regulatory compliance obligations. In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, all balances — real-money and bonus — may be forfeited at x000's discretion.

Where an account is closed by x000 for regulatory compliance reasons (rather than player breach), x000 will return any real-money balance to the player following completion of all required regulatory checks, which may take up to 30 days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which x000 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the x000 platform, x000 encourages resolution through the following process:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact x000 customer support in the first instance. The majority of player concerns are resolved at this stage, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Our support team operates 24/7 and is available in English and Urdu.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct support contact, you may submit a formal complaint to x000's compliance team. Formal complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If your formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as specified by x000's regulatory authority. Amendments to These Terms

x000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, x000 will provide notice to registered account holders via the registered email address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, unless emergency regulatory compliance requires immediate implementation.

Your continued use of the x000 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

The current version of these Terms, including the date of last update, is always available on the x000 website at x000.bid/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes that may affect your use of the platform.
